Adults participating in a facilitated BrainingUP™ program
Programs

Four programs. Find the right fit for your group.

All four are live, social, and personally facilitated. What changes is where each session begins: with ideas about how the mind works, a new subject to explore, participants’ own interests, or games that start immediately.

The structure stays consistent: every program is facilitated in person. The content, participation format, and length help identify the best fit.

Ideas and puzzles representing BrainBoosters™

Ideas about the mind become challenges for the whole group.

Each session introduces an accessible concept related to attention, memory, habits, behavior, or motivation. Participants then put the idea into action through games and team challenges.

Sample session topics

Memory, attention, habits, prediction, motivation, and why some challenges feel satisfying rather than frustrating.

Exploration and discovery representing BrainStretches™

A new subject every week keeps the series fresh.

Participants explore a different topic through an engaging presentation, conversation, and questions. Games follow, giving everyone an enjoyable reason to use and remember what they have just learned.

Sample session topics

Impressionism, World War I and II, Antarctic drilling, the Knights Templar, the Druids, Plato, modern art, and behavioral theories.

Participants sharing ideas in ActiveLearning™

Your participants’ interests set the direction.

Participants choose and share subjects that fascinate them. BrainingUP™ organizes what they contribute, adds useful context, and turns it into the following session’s discussion, challenges, and games.

Past topics chosen by participants

Red algae, Neanderthal genetics, color theory, the history of the Italian Mafia, reincarnation, early Christianity, and artificial intelligence.

A lively group activity representing BrainFlex™

Games from the start.

Fast-moving games and improvisational activities get the room thinking, talking, and laughing right away. Participants do not need to read, present, or prepare in advance.

Sample activities

Would You Rather, Continue the Story, Only Questions, Follow the Pattern, Make Me a PBJ, Mashup, Memory Game, and Concentration.
