BrainingUP™ respects the privacy of people who visit brainingup.com or contact us through the website.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide so that Claudio Fiorani and Susan Fiorani can respond to your inquiry.

Website analytics

ChatGPT Sites records basic website traffic information, including unique visitors and page views. If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics also collects information about website use, such as pages visited, referral source, engagement time, general geographic area, device and browser type, and whether a visitor has returned. We use this information to understand and improve the website.

Service providers

We use OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites to host the website, Formspree to process contact-form submissions, and—only when a visitor permits optional analytics—Google Analytics to measure website use. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and sharing

Formspree stores submissions for 30 days on its free plan. Messages delivered to BrainingUP™ email accounts may be retained as reasonably necessary to answer inquiries and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information submitted through the contact form.

Your choices

You may decline optional analytics when prompted. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you submitted through the contact form.
